  • Becoming seriously ill can be an emotional and stressful time. Prioritize your mental health. Access free, confidential counseling through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Get legal support for living wills or other documents. Contact MetLife at (800) 821-6400, Access Code: 9901251 if you’re a member.
  • If you are enrolled in the Critical Illness plan through MetLife, please file a claim. Call MetLife at (800) 438-6388 (Group ID: 0215214).
