Follow the instructions on ServiceNow and visit Workday to adjust your benefits coverage within 31 days of marriage or establishment of domestic partnership.
Increase or decrease your supplemental life / AD&D insurance.
Update your life insurance beneficiary information.
Log in to your Fidelity account or call 800-835-5095 to have a representative assist you with your beneficiary changes.
Consider contributing or increasing your contribution to a Health Savings Account. Update your beneficiary information if necessary.
Get assistance from MetLife if you are enrolled in the legal plan. Your plan provides access to legal services such as will preparation, prenuptial agreement, establishment of trust and more.
Update your personal information, if necessary, in Workday or contact AskHR at (408) 717-8398.
Update your direct deposit and/or tax withholding.
If you’re changing your name, get a new Social Security card.
